Peel bananas and cut them in half.
Push a paddle pop stick partially into the cut flat end.
Lay on a plate and put into freezer.
Freeze overnight.
Voila... a frozen banana pop!

Another cool refreshing low fat drink is chopped frozen bananas and skim milk in a blender. It comes out as a thick, cold, refreshing banana thickshake without the need for ice-cream. Try it!
