HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!


What perfect weather we had to kick off 2012

What was on your menu today?

Mine....

B'fast
Skim milk Porridge with banana & peaches

Lunch
Salad with Ricotta, roast Veg, Cannellini beans and crushed nuts

Dinner
Baked ricotta with basil and semi-dried tomatoes (WW recipe - Etools).... I will be making this one again it was SO good!

Snacks
Strawberries, 3 carrots, 2 litres of water, 3 x skim coffee, WW yogurt bar, Passionfruit ice block
