Being a non-driver I walk a lot. After joining WW I've upped the anti - walking faster & further than every before. I wanted to know just how far I was walking so I invested in a ProPoints pedometer and found I was walking much more than I had expected.
The feature I love about the ProPoints pedometer is that it converts your steps into active points. Most days I walk a minimum of 4, a couple of days a week I walk up to 11.
The pedometer encourages me to move. If I'm close to gaining an extra point I'll run up & down the stairs until I get to the little beep that tells me I've scored another point.
