First week back after a very over indulgent Christmas. I think it will take me a week to get my motivation back but slowly am recovering from an over the top holiday. I have bought the Programme Cookbook so am going to cook something out of it every week to get the motivation back and get me back into a routine which has been right out the window over the holidays.

The Programme cookbook is great because it has just so many recipes. Prior to my gluten-free life I loved the 'chicken salad baguette with coriander & lime'(pg 56)

Love a baguette! I am going to cook tonight. Don't know what yet but will make that decision later. I am salivating thinking of it.
ReplyDeleteI have been really good this week and have tracked everything. Even the big cold beer I had yesterday in the extreme heat. Have registered to do the BRW Corporate Triathlon in April so am madly training, cycling, running and swimming. Am expecting a big loss this week. Bring on Saturday. See you all there.
