Ingredients
- 500g Black Swan Greek-style yoghurt - No Fat
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- 2 tbs pure icing sugar, sifted 4 just-ripe white peaches or nectarines, stoned, cut into wedges
- 500g strawberries, washed
- 250g cherries, washed
- 250g fresh lychees, peeled
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, thinly sliced
Method
- Combine the yoghurt, passionfruit pulp and icing sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to chill.
- Arrange the peaches, strawberries, cherries, lychees, watermelon and pineapple on a serving platter. Serve with the passionfruit yoghurt.
