Hi - I have done it - I have worked out how to Blog. I am glad because I am having a bad week. I have been sooooo busy at work for the last couple of weeks that I haven't had time to think about being hungry and so stuck to the plan but the busyness is over and I am a bit disorganised this week and when my organisation and routine are out the window my eating habits suffer. I have been walking every day but not eating properly. I still feel really good but I could be better. Slipped "off the scales" this week but will be there on Saturday morning to learn all about the new program and will get myself back together next week.
