I am finding ProPoints very interesting and not sure I totally understand it. If I exceed the 29 points a day I am still OK if I go over because I have the other extra points. that is a great idea.
Will be very interested to see how I go tomorrow when I get weighed. Been doing lots of exercise however haven't fulfilled my goal for the week which was to get back on my bicycle.
Roll on next week.
